Hurricane Families,

Here is the information for the home meet on Saturday. Please arrive by 7:00 am to check in at the volunteer table.

Location: Heatherwood Pool

Setup: In lieu of our normal location, we will be setting up in the parking lot, our normal setup area will be too muddy and wet tomorrow.

Parking: We will have some parking spots coned off for officials and coaches on the street close to the parking lot. Please park along the club building side of the street to avoid being towed. There will be signs posted to avoid parking on the other side where resident houses are.

Concessions: Please see attached menu -- Cash or Card only. 

Warmups: Heatherwood is at 7:15 am - 7:45 am

Scratch Meeting: 8:00

Officials Meeting: 8:10

Timer Meeting: 8:15

Meet start: 8:30am
