2026 Registration Fees
Registration Fee Until March 31, 2026
| 1st swimmer | $140 |
| Each additional swimmer | $75 |
| 15-18 years old swimmers | $40/each |
Registration Fee from April 1, 2026 - April 30, 2026
| 1st swimmer | $160 |
| Each additional swimmer | $90 |
| 15-18 years old swimmers | $50/each |
Heatherwood Non-Resident HOA Fee
An additional fee of $50 per family is due at registration for families that do not reside in Heatherwood. This is required by our HOA.
Volunteer Deposit
At registration, a $400 volunteer deposit is required.
When paying by credit card, a $400 volunteer conditional fee will be authorized on the card used during registration. This amount will not be charged unless volunteer requirements are not fulfilled.
If your volunteer requirement is not completed, you will be notified, and the $400 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Sponsorship Incentives
Corporate sponsorships are a wonderful way for local businesses to support our community while making a meaningful impact on the Heatherwood Hurricane swim team. Sponsorships play a vital role in helping our team succeed each season.
Families who secure corporate sponsorships are eligible for the following registration discounts:
$750.00 or more - First swimmer registration is free
$500.00 - $200.00 - $50.00 off registration fees
*discounts cannot be applied towards the non-resident fee*
