Good evening Heatherwood!

We are excited to see all of you who can make it out to Time Trials tomorrow morning (Saturday 5/3/25).

Please see below for details.

PARKING: Reminder, ONLY park on the POOL Side of the street. Additionally, the parking lot will be blocked off/ not available. 

TENT SETUP: As we are predicted to get more rain this evening, we will be setting up in the parking lot instead of our usual spot on the grass inside the gated area.

TIME: All swimmers and volunteers are to check in by 7:45am, Warmups by age group will begin at 8:00am with a meet start time of 8:30am

EVENTS: Your swimmers events can be found in the SwimTopia mobile app, please not that these can change until the meet is finalized and officially begins. 

OTHER: Please see attached concessions menu and pricing for tomorrow. Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
