Good afternoon Heatherwood!

Tomorrow (Saturday) 5/31/25 is our meet against the Cypress Cyclones.

Please see below for details:

LOCATION: 15005 Stablewood Farms Dr. Cypress, TX 77429

PARKING: Parking is not allowed on Stablewood Farms Drive. The lane nearest the curb on Louetta is available for parking. There will be a parking attendant during arrival time to help with parking.

TENT SETUP: Visiting team setup is to the west of the pool and north of the fence. Please set up next to the pool and move out from there to give as much space to the residents near the pool as possible. Please set up inside of the tree line to leave pedestrian room along the pool deck fence as shown in the pool area map below.

TIME: All swimmers and volunteers are to check in at 7:20AM

WARMUPS: will begin at 7:45AM for Heatherwood (Cyclone swimmers will warm up at 7:15AM).

SCRATCH MEETING: 7:45AM (@ the merch table)

OFFICIALS MEETING: 8:00AM (@ Ready Bench)

READY BENCH MEETING: 8:00AM (@ Ready Bench)

TIMERS & SCRIBE MEETING: 8:15AM (@ Baby/Kid Pool)

MEET START: 8:30AM

EVENTS: Your swimmer’s events can be found in the SwimTopia mobile app, please note that these can change until the meet is finalized and officially begins.

OTHER: Please see attached concessions menu and pricing for tomorrow. Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Credit Card, & Zelle.

**If you’re participating in the Swim Buddies program, don’t forget to bring your stuff for your buddy and cheer them on when they swim their events!
