Good evening Heatherwood!

Tomorrow (Saturday) 6/7/25 is our Home Meet against High Meadow Ranch.

Please see below for details:

LOCATION: Heatherwood Pool

PARKING: Reminder, ONLY park on the POOL Side of the street. Additionally, the parking lot will be blocked off/ not available.

TENT SETUP: We will be setting up our tents in the grassy area inside the fence (to the side of the pool).

TIME: All swimmers and volunteers are to check in at 7:00AM

WARMUPS: will begin at 7:15AM for Heatherwood, and High Meadow Ranch swimmers will warm up at 7:45AM.

SCRATCH MEETING: 8:00AM

OFFICIALS MEETING: 8:10AM

TIMERS & SCRIBES MEETING: 8:15AM

MEET START: 8:30AM

EVENTS: Your swimmer’s events can be found in the SwimTopia mobile app, please note that these can change until the meet is finalized and officially begins.

OTHER: Please see attached concessions menu and pricing for tomorrow. Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Venmo, and Zelle.

**If you’re participating in the Swim Buddies program, don’t forget to bring your stuff for your buddy and cheer them on when they swim their events!
