Good afternoon Swim Families,

We have our end of season Divisional Meet coming up this Saturday 6/14. The timelines for declaring your swimmer and signing up for volunteer shifts are a bit different this week so please make sure to read the below carefully.

*** Divisional entries MUST be declared by end of day Tuesday 6/10/25***

Unlike the other meets this year, swimmers WILL NOT be allowed to enter the meet on Saturday morning. If they do not declare by end of day Tuesday 6/10/25 they WILL NOT be allowed to swim at the Divisional Meet.

This meet is our largest of the season and will not be able to run without volunteers! Volunteer Signup will open Monday 6/9/25 at 7PM. If your swimmer(s) are participating in this meet, make sure to sign up for the required volunteer spot (1 per family per meet). 

Additional information will be sent out later in the week with arrival times, parking and tent set up location etc.
