Divisionals Information for tomorrow (Saturday 6/14/25)
Good morning Heatherwood!
Tomorrow (Saturday) 6/14/25 is our final meet for the season (Divisionals). This meet is against all the teams we have competed with this season. It is much larger (and longer) than a typical dual meet, please plan accordingly.
Please see below for details:
LOCATION: Tomball ISD Aquatic Center - North. 13850 Zion Rd. Tomball, TX 77375
PARKING: In the junior high & high school lots across the street (please see attached screen shot for more detail).
TENT SETUP: Please see attached screenshot (we are towards the front side of the natatorium building)
TIME: All swimmers and volunteers are to check in directly after warmups at 7:15AM
WARMUPS: will begin at 6:45AM and go until 7:10AM for Heatherwood in lanes 5-8 (Tomball will have lanes 1-4 during that same time period).
SCRATCH MEETING: 8:00AM
OFFICIALS MEETING: 7:45AM
TIMERS & SCRIBES MEETING: 8:10AM – 1st Shift (events 1-32), 2nd shift (events 33-56), and 3rd shift (events 57-86).
MEET START: 8:30AM
SPECTATOR SEATING: In the bleachers along the north side of the building. **Bleachers are “come and go” seating only** Spectators SHOULD NOT remain in the bleachers or balcony all day to accommodate other spectators.
EVENTS: Your swimmer’s events can be found in the SwimTopia mobile app, please note that these can change until after the scratch meeting when the meet is finalized and officially begins.
OTHER: As they did when we swam against them earlier in the season, Tomball will have a concessions area open for breakfast, lunch, and snacks during the meet – which can be purchased with cash or credit card. They have not provided a menu of what will be available, so please plan accordingly.
** No SPRAY PAINTED HAIR on grounds or in the pool, or use of washable markers. Only SHARPIE markers to write event information only. Swimmers believed to be wearing washable or water-soluble markers, etc. will be asked to shower/remove markings – showers/bathroom on site CANNOT be used for this purpose.
