This weekend is a big meet at Divisionals, but next weekend we have 2 BIG meets, All-Stars and Ponderosa. Your swimmer(s) had to swim hard and qualify for these big meets. Please make sure you declare your athlete(s) by Saturday in Swimtopia so they can swim with some of the best/fastest swimmers in H-Town! We want to have a good showing at both meets from our Heatherwood Hurricanes!

Please make sure your swimmers rest tonight. Bed time is 8PM! 

Both athletes and parents need to HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE. Limit sugar intake until AFTER last races, please.
