Hey swim families,

Time Trials have been cancelled.

While tomorrow (Saturday May 2nd) is forecasted to be partly sunny and warmer, morning temperatures may still be cool around 51–53°F potentially causing water temperature to drop, making conditions too cold to swim.

Because we are cancelling Time Trials, it is critical that all swimmers attend practice on Monday during their dedicated age-group practice time as it will be used to time all swimmers in their respective age groups for their events.

Swimmers must have recorded times before they are eligible to participate in dual meets going forward. Any swimmer who is not timed on Monday during their practice time will not be able to swim in future dual meets until that requirement is completed.

We will need an army of parent volunteers during each age group on Monday to help make this happen. Parent volunteer participation will be critical to getting every swimmer timed efficiently and accurately.

Please plan for your swimmer(s) to attend practice on Monday at their regular age-group practice time, and parents, please be ready to jump in and assist!
