Good afternoon Heatherwood families,

Tomorrow (Saturday 5/9/26) is our first dual meet of the season, swimming against the Colony Creek Mariners.

Please see below and attached for pertinent information:

POOL LOCATION: 17102 Colony Creek Dr. Spring, TX 77379

PARKING: You are highly encouraged to park at the Children’s Courtyard on Colony Creek Dr. near Louetta. It is a short walk to the pool, and you’re still able to drop off family and equipment before parking. All other parking is on the street ONLY ON THE POOL SIDE. Do not park on both sides of the street or in ANY cul-de-sac. *Parking map can be found in the attached information packet provided by Colony Creek.

TENT SETUP: Visiting team setup is in front of the pool and around the outside of the tennis courts in the grass. * Tent setup map can be found in the attached information packet provided by Colony Creek.

TIME: All swimmers and volunteers are to check in at 7:15AM

WARMUPS: will begin at 7:45AM for Heatherwood (Colony Creek swimmers will warm up at 7:15AM).

OFFICIALS MEETING: 8:00AM

TIMERS & SCRIBES MEETING: 8:10AM

VOLUNTEERS TO THEIR POST: 8:20AM

MEET START: 8:30AM

SWIMMER HEAT INFO: The attached heat sheets are SUBJECT TO CHANGE. For the most up to date info, please refer to your SwimTopia Mobile App (premium is available either by monthly or yearly charge, which can be cancelled at any time.)

OTHER: Please see attached concessions menu and pricing for tomorrow. Accepted forms of payment are Cash and/or Credit Cards.

**If you’re participating in the Swim Buddies program, don’t forget to bring your stuff for your buddy and cheer them on when they swim their events!
