Hello Heatherwood Swim Families, 

This week will be our first home meet, and we have quite a few events leading up to Saturday. Please review the below from our events coordinator (Shannon) and mark your calendars!

1. Don't forget to sign-up for a volunteer shift. 

2. Make sure to declare your swimmers as soon as possible (deadline is Wednesday evening 5/13). 

3. Thursday will be team picture day -- swimmers will need to wear their team shirts and suits for pictures. You will be able to order individual and/or team pictures when you get there. Individual pictures will start at 5:00pm and the team picture will follow. There will be no actual swim practice on Thursday but everyone is encouraged to come for pictures. 

4. On Thursday swimmers will be able to decorate posters for the team and their swim buddy/teammates while waiting to take pictures. You may bring your own stickers and markers to decorate signs if you wish but some of each will also be provided. 

5. Thursday will also be our last spirit night for the season. It will be located at Marco's Pizza on N. Elderidge (16949 N. Elderidge Pkwy, Tomball, Texas 77377). When you call or order online just let them know you are with the Heatherwood Swim Team. You can pick up a pizza and bring it to the pep rally or order while taking pictures and pick it up on the way home.
