Good afternoon Heatherwood families,

Tomorrow (Saturday 5/23/26) is our meet against the Wortham Whitesharks. Please see below for important information:

POOL LOCATION: 10911 Wortham Blvd. Houston, TX 77065

PARKING: In front of the pool area there will be signs to designate unloading and loading zones. Please only park in these areas for short amounts of time so that other families can unload. Parking is available along the streets around the pool area. Signs are posted help remind you of Texas state laws of not parking near stop signs or on the bridge.

TENT SETUP: The visiting team set up areas are in the grass on the side of the tennis court facing the pool and on the back side of the pool between the pool fence and wooden fence. The area does extend along the side of the tennis court. For overflow the bayou area is also an option. There is a playground by the tennis court, this is off limits during swim meets.

TIME: All swimmers and volunteers are to check in at 7:20AM

WARMUPS: will begin at 7:45AM for Heatherwood (Wortham swimmers will warm up at 7:15AM).

OFFICIALS MEETING: 7:45AM (all swimmers must have already checked in with their teams or they will be scratched at this time)

TIMERS & SCRIBES MEETING: 8:00AM

VOLUNTEERS TO THEIR POST: 8:20AM

MEET START: 8:30AM

SWIMMER HEAT INFO: The attached heat sheets are SUBJECT TO CHANGE. For the most up to date info, please refer to your SwimTopia Mobile App (premium is available either by monthly or yearly charge, which can be cancelled at any time.)

OTHER: The concession area will be in the covered pool deck area.

Concessions are purchased with tickets. Tickets are sold at the round table next to concessions.

Credit Cards can be used to purchase tickets (Minimum $5 – Processing fee $1).

*******If you’re participating in the Swim Buddies program, don’t forget to bring your stuff for your buddy and cheer them on when they swim their events!
