It took EVERY SINGLE SWIMMER, and you guys did it! We won the swim meet! Hurricanes 731-Fairfield 119! Woooohoooo!

But more importantly, we had some new personal best times! I want to thank those parent who helped me push their kids our of the comfort zone and swim events they weren't sure they could do, swim up in age group to help the team to victory, and stayed to the end to make sure their kids were not needed for a relay. I want our swimmers to know they CAN DO HARD THINGS in swimming! I am so proud of our little polywogs that made it across the pool for the first time in backstroke to our "big boyz" that pushed it to the end of their race to win by .04 seconds, and every single swimmer in between! YOU ALL made it happen today!

It was HOT today. Make sure to hydrate, both athletes and parents.
