Good afternoon Heatherwood families,

Tomorrow (Saturday 6/13/26) is our final meet of the season. This meet is different from all the others, in that it is for all teams in our Division. Please be aware and ready for a longer than usual day. 

Pertinent meet information below:

POOL LOCATION: Klein High School (16715 Stuebner Airline Rd. Klein, TX 77379)

PARKING: In the large lot off Lyons school road (map attached)

INDOOR TEAM SETUP: No tents allowed inside. Please see attached map for Heatherwood's designated area. 

TIME: All swimmers and volunteers are to check in by 7:15AM at the latest.

WARMUPS: Heatherwood Warmups 7:25 to 7:50 AM in lanes 6-8 of the warmup pool (located in the natatorium)

POOL OPENS: 6:30AM

VOLUNTEERS TO POST: 8:20

MEET START/ FIRST EVENT: 8:30AM

SWIMMER HEAT INFO: Both the attached heat sheets and the information that is currently loaded into the SwimTopia app are SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNTIL 8:15AM TOMORROW MORNING. For the most up to date info, please refer to your SwimTopia Mobile App (premium is available either by monthly or yearly charge, which can be cancelled at any time.)

OTHER: There will be a wide variety of food trucks available (menus attached)

NOTES TO SHARE WITH YOUR TEAM:

1.No setup in the stands – no bleacher chairs 

2.Coolers are not permitted in the stands 

3.Only authorized swimmers and personnel are allowed on deck 

4.No tents allowed inside the building 

5.Please report to your Volunteer positions promptly 

6.Please do not leave your Volunteer position until your replacement arrives and you have shared duty information 

7.Please know who your Team Rep and there alternate is (Kelsey & or Meredith)

8.Refer any protests to the Team Rep or alternates 

9.Please keep Team areas clean and aisle ways clear. Please clean up your Team’s setup area at the end of the meet 

10.First Aid will be at the First Aid table just outside the pool entrance 

11.No parents on deck during warm-up 

12.After each race, swimmers will exit the pool opposite the ready bench through the double doors back to the cafeteria 

13.Warm-up/warm-down pool will only be open for dedicated team warm-ups prior to the meet. It will be closed during the meet.

*******If you’re participating in the Swim Buddies program, don’t forget to bring your stuff for your buddy and cheer them on when they swim their events!
